This sounds too good to pass up. Tonight at 7 PM, at The People's Improv Theatre in Manhattan, Cyrill The puppet is hosting his very own talk show "Get Up, Gowanus!" He'll interview Goonie, a canal creature.
According to the event page,
"Cyril Livingston is a 10-year-old puppet and host of "Get Up, Gowanus," the only monthly cable access talk show covering the local characters who reside in the Gowanus neighborhood in Brooklyn. Cyril welcomes weirdos, scientists, rotten bananas, musicians, and he swears that this month he'll have time to interview Goonie, the creature from the Gowanus Canal."

Get Up, Gowanus is produced and 'puppetted' by Emily Johnson.
