'White Oak' To Replace 'Apartment 138' On Smith Street

After nine years at 138 Smith Street,  'Apartment 138', a bar and eatery that offered American fare, closed its door in November 2013. The storefront won't stay empty for long, though. Currently, the space is being transformed into "White Oak".  No indication of what the new business will be, but it's likely another eatery.
A new awning with the establishment's name is already hanging over the storefront.  Stay tuned.
