This reminds me of the story you did back in December about the Vespa scooter parked on the corner of Henry and Sackett street. Which is still there til this day.
My sister has called 311 about a few abandoned bikes in Carroll Gardens in the past few months and was shocked how quickly they were removed. We've both been pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness.
