The New Collectives, a New York City theatre company, will be offering a one week Shakespeare summer camp at Court Tree Collective, the small gallery and event space at 371 Court Street between Carroll Street and First Place in Carroll Gardens.
The The Young Collectives: Shakespeare's World camp will start on Monday, July 26 through Friday, July 26th from 9 am to 3 pm. An after-camp is also offered from 3 pm to 5 pm.
The cost for the one week program is $370 per student, the after camp is $30 per student per day.
Registration has now begun for rising 2nd Graders to rising 6th Graders.
The camp is limited to 15 students, so don't wait if you are interested.

"Campers will learn about Shakespeare's life and times, his writing style and be introduced to three of his most beloved plays; Twelfth Night, Romeo and Juliet and A Midsummer Night's Dream. We will explore the Bard's world through theatre games, art projects and more! The week will culminate in a presentation for family and friends, where campers will share what they learned and perform a scene (or two) from the plays they spent the week exploring.
Send us your kids, and we will send them back bonafide Shakespeare nerds!"
