What a waste of prime corner space. This is the owner of Buschenshank, right? He could care less about the neighborhood. I thought the building was for sale in an auction after all of his bankruptcy woes.
Some of his buildings, including the Buschenschank building, were auctioned off a while back. However, he did not go through with the sale since he did not get enough money.
The building which housed Pj Hanley does not belong to him. The owners have been trying to get him out and there is a legal battle going on. But yes, what a shame.
