As if Carroll Gardeners needed more excuses to shop at their local Greenmarket...
This Sunday, May 7th, in addition to fresh flowers, regionally grown produce, bread and dairy products, our neighborhood market will feature local grains like emmer, freekeh, or einkorn from the Greenmarket Regional Grains Project.
Best of all, this week's guest distillery pop up will be Cooperstown Distillery. Stop by and sample their locally produced spirits.
This Sunday also marks the seasonal return of Nolasco's Farm with their vegetables, Mexican specialty produce and herbs from Warren County, New Jersey. Toigo Orchards returned last week with orchard fruit from Cumberland County, Pennsylvania)
