If the yearly Carroll Park Fair, the Carroll Gardens Library Book sale and the Summit Street Community Tag and Bake Sale are not enough reason for you to stay close to the neighborhood this week-end, here is another: St. Paul's Episcopal Church's two day Flea Market.
Here are the details:
"It’s a two-day affair at St. Paul's next weekend when we hold our First Annual Flea Market on May 20 and 21st. On Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm we will have bargains galore in our Parish Hall, along the sidewalk on Carroll Street and even in Carroll Park. Then we get to do it all again on Sunday May 21st from 1 pm to 4 pm.
Although we have changed the name of our event you will still find quality goods at a reasonable price. Stock up on some summer reads in both hardcover and paperback or pick out a vintage frock to wear on your summer adventures We also have an eclectic collection of CD’S and DVD’s to choose from, and the usual bricker brac, knick knacks, vintage jewelry you have come to expect. And if you work up an appetite from all the bargain hunting, we will have prepared food, baked goods and beverages for sale
Many things in Carroll Gardens have changed but you will see our Flea Market isn’t one of them. So come down, shop, visit with your friends and neighbors and experience a true neighborhood tradition. We would love to see you. St Paul’s is located at 199 Carroll Street"

Take advantage of all these great neighborhood events and invite your friends.
