Cerddorion Vocal Ensemble To Perform At St. Paul's Church In Carroll Gardens On Friday

St. Paul’s at 199 Carroll Street yet again will be hosting a great evening of music.  If you have  not yet taken advantage of the great performances held at this beautiful church, you have been missing out.
Here is more information on Friday's concert.
On Friday, November 14 at 8 pm., St. Paul’s Church is pleased to host the Vocal Ensemble Cerddorion’s concert “Models of Inspiration”.  Join them for a night of beloved works by Orlando di Lasso and J.S. Bach paired with extraordinary pieces inspired by them. Works such as Bach’s beloved motet Jesu, meine Freude as well as the world premiere of the Beatles Motet “Please Please Me” by Richard Boukas will be performed. The show will also feature guest artists Maki Masayuki on organ and Carlene Stober on cello.

Now in its twentieth season, Cerddorion Vocal Ensemble is one of New York’s most highly regarded volunteer choral ensembles. A chamber group of twenty-eight mixed voices, Cerddorion is known for its eclectic repertoire, encompassing music from the Renaissance to the contemporary.
