Seeded twist, hands down. Seeded semolina next. And their olive bread makes me weep.

The lard bread is also divine. (Don't let "lard" turn you off - it's meat and cheese.) Both olive and lard breads are addictive - they go nicely together. Get them sliced, and if possible, fresh from the oven. Yum yum yum. And the Sinatra loaf is lovely (long and skinny).
