'Medical Mysteries Demystified': A Free Workshop At Carroll Gardens Library

In the past few months, the Carroll Gardens branch of the Brooklyn Public Library has hosted a series entitled "The Senior Edge." The next workshop in the series will be held March 12th.

The Senior Edge Series: Medical Mysteries Demystified
Presented by Dr. Eric Kenworthy, Internist
Wed., March 12, 2014
1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
At the Carroll Gardens Branch Of The Brooklyn Public Library
at 396 Clinton Street, Brooklyn

Seniors, caregivers, family and friends are invited to learn:
· The difference between "osis" and "itis"
· What is white coat syndrome?
· Are heart attack symptoms the same for men and women?
· Insurance, insurance, insurance.

Dr. Kenworthy is a Board Certified Internist, practicing for 28 years.  Besides routine care, Dr. Kenworthy is involved with Diabetes Management,  treatment of asthma, control of risk factors in heart disease, COPD,  hypertension and chronic renal failure. He treats patients from ages 10 to 100+

This free workshop will take place at the
Carroll Gardens Branch Library at 396 Clinton Street, Brooklyn.
